Scope
This policy describes how CNK Services and its affiliates (together, “we” or “CNK”) collect and use information from visitors to this site and from prospective and current operating partners. It does not cover the practices of any third party.
What we collect
- Information you provide when you contact us — name, email, firm, portfolio type, message, and any attachments.
- Information we receive in the course of an active engagement — primarily operating data needed to run vendor coordination, back-office, and reporting functions on the partner's behalf. Scope is documented in the engagement's data processing addendum.
- Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referring URL) for security and basic analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and to scope an engagement.
- To provide the operating services described in the engagement agreement.
- To communicate with active partners about their account.
- To improve and secure the operation of this site.
What we will not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share personal information with marketing partners.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral targeting on this site.
- We do not access partner data except as required to deliver the agreed scope of services.
Service providers
We share information with service providers as necessary to operate the business — hosting, email, identity, and the tooling used to deliver our services. Each is contractually bound to use the information only for the purpose for which it is shared.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services and to meet legal and regulatory obligations. Inquiry records that do not result in an engagement are typically deleted within 24 months.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Email privacy@cnkservices.com to make a request.
