CNK Services is an operating-services company. We provide vendor coordination, back-office support, reporting, and supporting tooling under engagement agreements with property management firms. We do not, and do not hold ourselves out as:
- a lender, money transmitter, payment processor, or other money-services business;
- a broker, dealer, real estate broker, or registered investment adviser;
- an issuer of insurance, warranties, guarantees, or stored value;
- a depository institution, neobank, escrow agent, or trust company.
