CNK Services takes a defined slice of that work — vendor coordination, back-office, reporting, and the tools the team uses on top of their property management software — and runs it as a steady, accountable operating layer.

Most CNK engagements pick a mix from these three. Each pillar can be run on its own or in combination.

Vendor & maintenance

  • Reconciliations against the partner's system of record on a fixed cadence.

The shape of the work changes by portfolio — long-term residential is calendar-driven, short-term is event-driven, commercial is contract-driven. CNK runs all three with a single operating model.

We will not propose a wholesale operating change on a first call. The standard pattern is a bounded pilot — a defined scope, a fixed monthly fee, and an explicit decision point at sixty and ninety days.
